Rob Daniel

Rob Daniel has been in the Real Estate Business for over 26 years. Rob Sold 53 houses his first year in the business and Sold over 120 houses and listed over 200 houses for 4 years straight, while only working 4.5 days a week.

After selling for 8 years Rob became the recruiter/trainer for the Hampton Roads VA region for the largest independent Real Estate Company in US (Long and Foster). Rob was asked to grow the region to 500 agents in 5 years (started 238 agents) and in 6 years delivered 900 agents and a 4 million dollar profit per year.

Rob became a manager for Long and Foster and grew an office with only a few agents to 125 in one year and made a profit of $750,000 for the company, he then took over another office with 100 agents and double it in just a year. After 12 years with Long and Foster, Rob discovered Keller Williams.

He became Team Leader of a Market Center in 2010 with 30 agents, hired 100 agents his first year (2010) became a black Belt (highest recruiting honor for KW), hired another 100 agents in 2011 and then took 50 agents and started another Market Center. In 2012 became a Bold coach, moved to Celebration FL (life by design) and worked for years helping agents in KW before coming onboard with ICON Coaching in 2023.

Sean Poliseno

Sean has an extensive history of sales and marketing, but always had a passion for real estate. Highly motivated and driven, he began selling residential real estate at a young age of 22. Within 2 years at an independent brokerage in Santa Clarita, he was the youngest and top producing agent in a company of 1300 agents.

Sean has sold more than $250 million in residential real estate and is ranked as one of the top agents in the Greater Southern California area by sales volume. As a Certified Negotiation Expert and Luxury Marketing Specialist, he excels in contract negotiation and marketing of exceptional properties in the ultra-competitive Beverly Hills luxury market.

Paula King

Paula has been in real estate for 31 years. She started out in property management, moved to new home sales where she quickly became a top producer, and then became a licensed Realtor.

Her first year licensed, she earned Rookie of the Year and became a member of the agent leadership team. Paula has had the opportunity to be the CEO/Team Leader of two real estate franchises, act as Director of Sales for a team in the top 1% in Texas, and has been a part of growing two successful coaching programs.

She has logged thousands of hours teaching, training, and coaching all agent production levels. Paula has a proven track record of assisting agents and teams in creating momentum in their business, moving beyond production plateaus, and improving their focus and mindset. Her courses are highly valued and attended both in person and via Zoom.

Within the last 8 years, Paula has become a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP. She uses this skillset to empower her clients to identify and remove obstacles keeping them from achieving the results they desire in both their professional and personal lives. Her clients improve their communication and leadership abilities, remove limiting beliefs, and grow in their ability to lead themselves, their businesses, and their families.
